Today, the annual dog swim takes place in the pools in the area

BALLWIN, Mo – Many public pools have closed for the season, so it’s going to the dogs on Tuesday. It’s the annual Dog Swim Tuesday at North Pointe Aquatic Center in Ballwin.

The Chesterfield Family Aquatic Center also hosts its annual “K9 Splash” on Tuesday. Shrewsbury Aquatic Center calls its event “Drool at The Pool”.

Dogs and their owners are also welcome Tuesday for a final swim at the White Birch Bay Aquatic Center in Hazelwood and the Lodge Outdoor Pool in Des Peres.
