Trump takes fridge theft into overdrive in bizarre remarks on NRA forum

donald trump claimed on Friday that the thefts at retail stores in major cities include “hundreds” of people running away with stolen refrigerators.
The former president said in a speech Friday before the National Rifle Association convention in Indianapolis that “gangs of hundreds” of young people in major cities are “attacking” department stores.
“And they run in by the hundreds, and they run out with fridges and air conditioners and big stuff — big, small, everything,” Trump said.
“Fur coats, coats without fur, everything they wear. They empty the stores.”
Twitter users didn’t buy the allegation of the thefts and one joked that carrying refrigerators weighing hundreds of pounds would be good for her back.
His remarks at NRA convention too included him targeting transgender healthcare, Order the Food and Drug Administration to conduct an investigation if he is re-elected.
