TVS Apache launches RTR 310, check features, stock price and other details
The TVS Apache RTR 310 made its debut today as TVS Motor, a leading two-wheeler manufacturer, expands its popular Apache range of bikes in the Indian automotive market.
Specifically, the teaser hinted at the integration of LED daytime running lights (DRLs) into the TVS Apache RTR 310, as well as other expected features close to launch.

Based on the various videos and teasers shared by the company on social media, it seemed that this bike will stand out from the existing RTR range.
The teaser hinted that the TVS Apache RTR 310 will have special features such as the headlight design, split seats and a robust side-mounted exhaust. Overall, the bike exudes a sporty aesthetic.

The TVS Apache RTR 310 costs 2,42,990 lakh rupees.

The bike’s 312.2cc engine features a unique reverse-inclined DOHC engine that allows for a compact engine layout and therefore mass centralization.
The all-new forged aluminum piston is 5% lighter and produces peak power of 35.6 hp at 9,700 rpm and maximum torque of 28.7 Nm at 6,650 rpm. The motor is tuned to deliver torque in all ranges, giving you unlimited thrills across the entire powerband and the fastest 0-60 segment time of 2.81 seconds, the company says.
Power is transmitted via a 6-speed gearbox with a completely new bidirectional quickshifter. The quickshifter is specially tuned for the widest operating range from 2,300 rpm to the red line.
The state-of-the-art Throttle-By-Wire system consists of an intelligent 46mm throttle body that ensures crisp power delivery.
According to TVS Motor, the bike features Race Tuned Linear Stability Control (RT-LSC), which includes dual-channel in-line ABS, cruise control, linear traction control and rear lift protection.
The first in-segment cruise control maintains the set speed without using the throttle or clutch, helping to reduce driver fatigue on long-distance journeys.
With the cruise control function, you can shift up and down up to 2 gears in order to achieve the optimum speed in cruise control and to use cruise control for a longer period of time.
The Race Tuned slipper clutch allows for quick downshifts, allowing for later braking and more precise cornering. The assist function firmly binds the clutch discs together under acceleration to ensure improved torque transfer capacity with reduced clutch actuation force.
The optimization of the engine coolant jacket along with 23 rows of radiator tubes is designed to ensure best-in-class thermal management by reducing engine temperature, allowing for superior performance and higher revs.
The bike features Glide Through Technology (GTT), a unique feature in this segment that makes it easier to ride in slow-moving traffic or elsewhere, the company says.
