Because this item is non-metallic, It can be teleported within a fast travel portal. Obtaining this mysterious core is not an easy task, however, as it can only be found in the dangerous Mistlands biome. As the name suggests, the Mistlands biome is covered in a persistent fog thick enough to obscure visibility. As such, players are encouraged to have a Wisplight accompany them before venturing into this biome.
To get black cores in Walheimplayers must travel to the Mistlands in search of Dungeons called Infested Minesadded Walheim‘s Mistlands biomes & update. These mines contain some of the toughest enemies in the current game patch. Seekers, Seeker Soldiers, Seeker Spawns and Ticks lurk in the dungeon’s slimy, moss-covered halls, waiting to pounce on unsuspecting adventurers. Especially the Seeker Soldiers own over a thousand points in HP and can handle 100 damage points in its basic form. Defeating these monstrosities requires high-defense gear or targeted positioning with ranged weapons like the Staff of Ember, which requires Surtling Cores.
