Before hitting the vehicle, the woman struggled with a Range Rover next to her and was apparently distracted by it.
The Range Rover was just about to pass when the woman signaled to change lanes at the very last moment.
She was so busy looking at the Range Rover that she didn’t notice the camera car pulling up in front of her and drove right into the back.
TikTok users are outraged by the woman’s reaction and behavior.
One said: “Why is she mad at the guy in the car that hit her?
Another said: “She didn’t even look. She was busy.”
Other users believe that she had to pay more attention to the road.
One said: “Looks like she was too busy waving to the other car that she couldn’t focus on the road.”
Another said: “She was too busy gesturing out the windows and she crashed into you anyway.”
