When does sunset in San Diego? During summer time, the clocks are set back one hour

SAN DIEGO – Daylight saving time has ended for another year and our clocks are moving back an hour as the winter months approach.
While this initially gives us an “extra” hour of sleep, it also means that daylight hours will become shorter in the coming months.
If you work long hours, the sun may set before you leave the site. That could mean evening errands, workouts, and meetings having to be done in the dark.
Here’s a breakdown of sunset times in San Diego The Old Farmer’s AlmanacAs we look ahead to the first week after Daylight Saving Time ends:
Explainer:
— Civil twilight occurs when the center of the sun is 6 degrees below the horizon.
— Nautical twilight occurs when the center of the sun is 12 degrees below the horizon.
— Astronomical twilight occurs when the center of the sun is 18 degrees below the horizon.
